I was on vacation in New Orleans when I suffered an extremely painful toothache. I thought I probably needed a root canal and so identified Northlake Endodontics through my dental insurance directory. They accommodated me as quickly as possible and the procedure itself was completely painless. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Alongi was meticulous in his work.

I had a massive cavity that I put off having filled for years because of my fear of dental work. It finally became uncomfortable and needed to have a root canal, which I dreaded even more. From the beginning, everything was incredibly easy at Northlake Endo. The office staff took care of all the insurance claims, Cerissa was funny and easygoing, and managed to take x-rays without gagging me (first time I've never gagged!). She was supersonic. Dr. Alongi answered all of my questions during the consult and promised me there would be no pain during the procedure, but I really didn't believe him. He did the best job of numbing the area and was right - there was no pain! The cavity is now gone, the discomfort of the tooth has ended, and the experience was so easy. Cerissa didn't have the honor of assisting during my procedure, but I was pleased with everyone I interacted with in the office. I ended up needing a special form for my second insurance, and Deb emailed it to me so I wouldn't have to come back to the office. I sincerely hope that I'll never need another root canal, but if it happens, I know I won't need to worry - Dr. Alongi and everyone at Northlake will take good care of me. They'll do the same for you.
