I want to applaud the staff at Northlake Endodontics! From the moment I walked through the door, I could feel the concern they had for my situation and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. They go way above and beyond the call of duty. I work in a medical office and I wish our office staff were all as compassionate and kind!! Cerissa was amazing and very efficient! Whenever I experienced any discomfort during the two procedures I had, she would hold my hand and comfort me! Wow! The ladies at the front desk were efficient and very kind. The ladies who called to remind me of my appointments were friendly and helpful!! As for Dr. Alongi…what can I say? He is fantastic!! He was very knowledgeable and compassionate! He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was truly concerned about my dental health! Northlake Endodontics gets an A+ from me! I recommend this practice without reservation!!

I came in dreading my appointment-- nobody enjoys painful teeth-- and was immediately soothed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire office. Lacey and Casey at the front desk took care of everything quickly and were so friendly and positive, answering all questions, that I was in a great mood when I went into the office. Venetta took great care of me and was very patient and concerned that I should be comfortable and understand the procedure. Dr. Alongi was the same, and made sure I understood the procedure and was comfortable. He was very gentle with the work, and after two months of a painful tooth, today, only a day later, I have no pain.
