I thought that both the south shore and the north shore location's receptionists were very nice. However,I felt that the receptionist on the north shore (although nice) felt a bit cold. That could've been in part because of how bad I was feeling due to the procedure that I was about to undergo. (I'm guessing I was a bit hypersensitive all over.) Once I was brought to the back, the individuals who took care of me were extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease.

I would like to thank Dr. Alongi for doing my root canal. My front bottom tooth had pain, needed a root canal and was a calcified tooth. Which mades it hard to get to the bottom of the root. Dr. Alongi numbed my tooth and it did not hurt when we worked on my tooth. Dr. Alongi was kind and gentle and was able to get through the calcified tooth. I thank Dr. Alongi and Jesus for making it possible to get through the entire calcified tooth. I am so glad I choose to go to Dr. Alongi.

A root canal is not something that anyone looks forward to; if needed though, this is definitely the place to go! Dr. Alongi is fabulous -- so conscientious and caring. This is my 2nd root canal with him and both times I felt no pain. I can't say enough nice things about the staff -- so personable and attentive. Lastly, both Dr. Alongi and the staff maintain a good sense of humor, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for making what could have been an awful experience, an actually pleasant one.
