Everyone was remarkably accommodating, and Dr. Alongi was wonderful! He immediately recognized what I needed, quickly changed gears and made the root canal happen - including being courteous enough to contact my my dentist during the procedure for approval to proceed with a permanent filling because he knew I was leaving for a 10 day vacation and it would be a while before I could get back for the filling.

I was very impressed with the staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable. The office and examining rooms were very nice and clean. The real bonus was the doctor who was terrific. He was so nice kept me informed of everything that was going on. I really liked him and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Our experience at Northlake Endodontics was GREAT ...even though the treatment desired was not an option medicinally, it was not from lack of abilities or effort...but the staff members, ESPECIALLY Miss Stacy were so supportive, unbelievably caring, and untiring in servicing our ‘senior citizen’ neediness, that words alone could never justify the sincerely AWESOME kindness and professional assistance we received...thanks Northlake Endodontics for great service and for having such a wonderful professional named Miss Stacy on staff to literally see us through our entire Northlake dental 🦷 experience!!!

I had a very bad experience at a different endodontics and came here to fix the problem. Dr. Alongi and his staff were amazing. Did a great job and fixed my root canal.

I was very happy to have Dr Alongi perform the root canal. My Dentist Dr. Hunter Chavert Sr. recommended him for the root canal procedure and I would gladly recommend him if someone were to ask my opinion. His explanations about what the procedure would entail were well presented. i did not feel any discomfort during or after the procedure. He was very upbeat and eager to do his work as was the staff. A positive experience all around.

My experience was very good and very little pain when numbness wore off. Took 2 Tylenol when I got back home,1 Motrin that night and 1 Tylenol yesterday. so far just jaw sore but no Tylenol. Thank You. Linda
